Lead, Inspire, Impact: voices of visionaries
At Neo Geetanjali School, the theme of the month, Leadership, led by Gnana deepika. S and Aadvika. P, brought forth an engaging and insightful series of events aimed at nurturing leadership qualities in students. With a strong focus on developing the key traits of responsibility, communication, teamwork, and initiative, the activities throughout the month provided students with opportunities to step into leadership roles and reflect on what it means to be an effective leader.
Under the guidance of the theme leaders, the month was filled with workshops, discussions, and leadership challenges that empowered students from all grades to take charge of tasks and lead by example. The sessions included interactive leadership games, team-building activities, and motivational talks by guest speakers, who shared their experiences and insights on the importance of leadership in everyday life.
In a key highlight of the month, students participated in a Leadership Summit, where selected student leaders from various grades shared their perspectives on leadership and its role in shaping their future. Gnanadeepika. S and Aadvika. P, in their speeches, emphasized the importance of integrity, empathy, and adaptability in leadership, encouraging their peers to be not just leaders but role models who inspire positive change in their communities.
